What a UPSTYE case study includes
Each case study is structured around five sections:
- The problem the school was trying to solve.
- The intervention they chose and why.
- Implementation details — timeline, team, costs, decisions.
- Honest results — both what worked and what did not.
- Lessons for other Indian schools.
How case studies are produced
Case studies are written in close collaboration with the school, with on-ground observation, structured interviews with teachers and parents, and review of any documented outcomes. Schools must approve the final case study before publication.
