UPSTYE Case Studies.

Documented case studies from Indian K12 schools and education programmes that are doing meaningful, durable work — honest about both what worked and what did not. Built to be useful to school leaders, founders and policy observers.

01

What a UPSTYE case study includes

Each case study is structured around five sections:

  • The problem the school was trying to solve.
  • The intervention they chose and why.
  • Implementation details — timeline, team, costs, decisions.
  • Honest results — both what worked and what did not.
  • Lessons for other Indian schools.

How case studies are produced

Case studies are written in close collaboration with the school, with on-ground observation, structured interviews with teachers and parents, and review of any documented outcomes. Schools must approve the final case study before publication.
