Tejas Mehta. Founder, UPSTYE.

15+ years inside India’s education industry — across schools, coaching institutes, student ecosystems, operations and growth. UPSTYE is the company that work has been quietly leading toward.

01

The path so far

Over more than fifteen years across schools, coaching institutes and student-focused businesses, one pattern became impossible to ignore: capable students were being held back not by their ability but by tools that had not kept pace with their potential.

That gap — between what learners are capable of and what their environment supports — is the gap UPSTYE exists to close.

02

Why UPSTYE exists

India’s K12 system has produced incredible students. But the world they are entering is changing faster than the system was designed for.

UPSTYE is being built to bring future-ready learning experiences, technologies and innovation programs to Indian schools and learners — carefully, responsibly and over the long term.

03

How we work

We move slowly on purpose. We study classrooms. We talk to teachers. We prototype. We test. We learn.

We refuse to ship hype, fake metrics or products that don’t earn their place in a real student’s day.

04

What’s next

UPSTYE is in its earliest, most important phase — research, prototype and the first school conversations. The next several years are about building partnerships, products and a long-term ecosystem.

Students, parents, teachers, schools and partners willing to walk this journey are welcome.
