What a success story looks like at UPSTYE
Each success story is structured to be honest and specific:
- Who the person or school is.
- What they were working on — the actual goal, not an abstraction.
- How UPSTYE engagement supported the work.
- What changed — with specific, observable evidence.
- What is still being worked on.

Editorial principles
Three principles shape success stories on UPSTYE:
- No exaggeration. Numbers are real or not stated. Outcomes are described in plain language.
- Full context. We do not omit failures or trade-offs from the same story.
- Subject approval. Every story is reviewed and approved by the school, teacher or family it represents before publication.

Why this matters
Indian K12 has been historically loud with weakly supported success claims. UPSTYE’s editorial commitment is the opposite — fewer stories, more honestly told, more durable in their value.
