UPSTYE Educational Services LLP ("UPSTYE", "we", "us", "our") is an Indian limited liability partnership building learning technology products for the K12 ecosystem. As of this policy date, our products are in development and we are not engaged in active commercial sales of physical products on this website.

We collect only information you provide voluntarily on our website. We do not buy, sell or rent personal data.

• Waitlist information: name, email, phone, role (Student / Parent / Teacher / School / Distributor / Investor), city and organisation (optional).
• Inquiry information: any details submitted via Contact, Partner, or Notify-Me forms.
• Technical information: IP address, browser, device, page URLs visited, and referrer — collected via standard server logs and analytics (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity).
• Cookies: small text files used by analytics tools to recognise repeat visitors. These are anonymised wherever possible.
