Terms of Sale

All products sold on this website are sold by UPSTYE Educational Services LLP (“UPSTYE”, “we”, “us”), an Indian limited liability partnership with its registered office at Peninsula Heights, Y K Nagar, Virar West, Maharashtra 401303, India.

Every product on our website displays an honest availability status — such as Coming Soon, Waitlist, Pre-order, or In Stock. Only products marked In Stock or explicitly offered for Pre-order can be purchased. We never display placeholder prices, artificial discounts, fake reviews or false stock urgency.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when payment is successfully captured and verified on our servers and you receive an order confirmation with an order number.

We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing was displayed in error, the order appears fraudulent, or delivery to your location is not serviceable. If we cancel an order after payment, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable GST. The final payable amount is always calculated and verified on our servers at the time of payment — the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.

If you require a GST invoice, you may provide your GSTIN at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, an RBI-regulated payment aggregator, supporting UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. UPSTYE does not store your card numbers, CVV or banking credentials on its servers.

An order is treated as paid only after our servers verify the payment signature and payment state with the payment gateway. A frontend success message alone does not constitute payment confirmation.

Where pre-orders are offered, the expected dispatch window will be stated clearly on the product page before you pay. If we are unable to dispatch within a reasonable period beyond the stated window, you may cancel the pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

Delivery timelines, serviceable locations and shipping charges (if any) are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Title and risk in the products pass to you upon delivery.

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy and returns/refunds by our Return & Refund Policy, both published on this website. Statutory rights available to you under Indian consumer protection law are not affected by these terms.

Warranty coverage, duration and claim process for each product are stated on the product page and in our Warranty Policy.

Our products are learning tools designed for children and institutions. You agree to use them in accordance with the age guidance, safety information and instructions provided with each product. Adult supervision requirements, where applicable, are stated on the product page and packaging.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UPSTYE’s aggregate liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection remedies, courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.
